Meet Our Founder: Hans-Jörg Otto

Hans-Jörg Otto is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background and extensive experience in various industries. With a career spanning over four decades, he has developed a unique understanding of the challenges businesses face and has dedicated his career to providing innovative solutions to drive growth and success.

Early Life and Education

Hans-Jörg Otto was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and developed an interest in mechanics and engineering from a young age. He pursued his passion through vocational training, earning a degree in mechanical engineering from a local technical school.

Career and Achievements

Hans-Jörg Otto has had a distinguished career, marked by numerous achievements and milestones. He began his career at Maschinen Bau O&K Wagon in Berlin, where he worked as a technician from 1973 to 1976. He then moved to Neoplan Berlin, where he served as a team leader in final assembly from 1985 to 1995. In 1995, he joined Harley Davidson Sylt as a service manager, a position he held until 1997.

In 1997, Hans-Jörg Otto co-founded El-Cab Sp. z o.o., a company he led as President of the Board and co-owner until 2021. During his tenure, the company experienced significant growth and success. In 2021, he joined Enomyc Hamburg as Director of the Polish branch, a position he still holds today.

In addition to his work in Germany and Poland, Hans-Jörg Otto has also been involved in international business ventures. In 2013, he became a partner in Ardas Co., Ltd. in Thailand, where he is responsible for property management.

In 2004, Hans-Jörg Otto founded Sokul-Consulting Hans-Jörg Otto company, a consulting firm specializing in business strategy and growth. As the owner and managing director, he has worked with numerous clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
